Inna Bondarenko is the founder and CEO of Kalei, an AI transformation venture building a governed AI platform for mid-market professional services firms and their PE backers.
Before Kalei, she spent eighteen years at Deloitte, moving from M&A and corporate finance into Deloitte Ventures and then leading the firm's large-scale AI transformation programmes. A degree in Digital Anthropology from UCL sits alongside that commercial track record, and together they shape Kalei's approach: process first, tools second, with measurable ROI.
