Dr Nisreen Ameen is the academic behind the national AI Skills toolkit, built with Skills England on a British Academy fellowship and aimed squarely at the UK's £400bn AI opportunity. She turned the research into three things a people leader can actually use: an AI Skills Framework, an adoption pathway model, and an employer checklist. That mix of policy credibility and practical tools is rare. At aiblLIVE she'll run a working session on the toolkit, helping people and L&D leaders map the AI skills their roles need, benchmark how far along they are, and find the gaps.
