Kerri O'Neill is Chief People Officer for Ipsos UK and Ireland and leads AI workforce transformation across the group, 20,000 people in 93 countries.
She sits on the CIPD's AI advisory board and leads with a simple principle: decide how you intend to use AI as an organisation before you deploy the tools. It works. Internal trust in AI at Ipsos runs at around 80%, against roughly half that in the general population, and that trust is what buys you speed when you want to change something.
