Ceri Sharples is a Learning, Capability and AI Adoption Leader at Somerset Bridge Group, where she leads initiatives that help colleagues build the skills, confidence and capability needed to succeed in a rapidly changing workplace. With more than 20 years' experience across financial services, operations, leadership development and organisational capability, Ceri specialises in translating business priorities into practical learning solutions that drive performance, support change and improve outcomes. Most recently, she has led Somerset Bridge Group's approach to AI capability, including the AI Operating Model, AI Academy, AI for Leaders & Prompt-a-thons.
Her work focuses on helping a regulated financial services organisation adopt AI responsibly, while building the workforce capability needed to realise measurable business value.
