Description
Rémi Hottois is Head of Global Expansion at Mendo, the Microsoft technology partner helping 100+ large enterprises, from Pernod Ricard to Forvia, steer their GenAI transformation at scale. He oversaw Engie's journey from scattered pilots to adoption at scale. Rémi has worked in AI for seven years. He started at Kili Technology, a leading training-data platform for machine learning, where he helped hundreds of organisations, including Volkswagen Group and Naval Group, scale computer vision and NLP models well before ChatGPT. He learned then what still holds today: BCG estimates that 70% of AI value depends on people and processes, not algorithms. The technology rarely fails; the change around it does. He also practises what he preaches: he used AI to run a full apartment renovation in three months, from architecture and budget to contractors and deadlines.
