  • Mansion House (District and Circle lines) — 8-minute walk. Links to Victoria.

National Rail and Elizabeth Line
  • City Thameslink — 6-minute walk. Thameslink services to London Bridge, Farringdon, St. Pancras and beyond. 
  • Elizabeth Line (Liverpool Street, Moorgate entrance) — 15-minute walk. Direct links to Paddington, Heathrow and Canary Wharf. 

Bus 
St. Paul's Station stop (King Edward Street): routes 8, 25, 56, 133, N8, N25, N242. 

Cycling
Santander Cycle docking stations on Paternoster Square and New Change. Secure bike storage at the venue.

Nearby parking: 
Driving to central London is not recommended. If necessary, the nearest public car park is Smithfield Car Park, West Smithfield, London EC1A 9DS. Limited on-street parking nearby.

From London airports
Heathrow: Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street, then 15-minute walk. Approx. 50 minutes. 
Gatwick: Thameslink to City Thameslink station, 6-minute walk. Approx. 45 minutes. 
London City: DLR to Bank station, 9-minute walk. Approx. 25 minutes. 
Stansted: Greater Anglia to Liverpool Street, then 15-minute walk. Approx. 55 minutes.

The venue is in the heart of the City of London with a wide range of accommodation options within walking distance. We recommend searching for hotels near St. Paul's Cathedral, Blackfriars, or the City of London for the closest options.

On the day

Registration 
Registration opens at 08:00. Bring your confirmation email (digital or printed) or the name you registered under. Badge collection is at the main registration desk. Allow yourself 10 minutes if arriving close to the 09:00 start. 

What to bring 
  • Your booking confirmation or the name you registered under. 
  • A laptop — required for Live Build Workshops. 
  • Business cards or your LinkedIn QR code for networking. 
  • Your schedule from the event app — your pre-booked Expert Bar consultations and workshop session will be in there. 

Dress code 
Business casual. The venue is air-conditioned — a layer is recommended. 

Food and drink 
Food and drink is included in your ticket — no extras to worry about on the day. Breakfast is served from 08:00 during registration. Lunch is at 12:30 in the Exhibition — the Discovery Zone stays open so you can eat, explore and connect at the same time. Refreshments and coffee are available throughout the day at the venue. Post-show networking drinks run from 17:30 until approximately 19:30. Please note any dietary requirements at registration. 

Accessibility 
Convene Sancroft is a fully accessible venue. Step-free access is available throughout. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance at info@aiblmedia.com and we will make the necessary arrangements.
