Can you store my bag and coat?

Answer

We have a supervised cloakroom for coats and umbrellas. We don’t recommend leaving valuables. As most UK venues now don't cater for large bags we recommend leaving these at home or in your hotel.

Do I have to stick to one content track at the event?

Answer

Absolutely not! You do you and create your own journey around the event.

Do you share slides from the talks?

Of course, and even better a summary of each session will be available immediately after the session finishes, directly on the aiblLIVE website.

Does the event have a dress code?

Answer

Not really no. We are business casual, but that doesn't mean you have to be. Probably don't wear your football top or flip flops though this is a business event afterall...

Does the event have WiFi?

Answer

Yes of course! There will be WiFi in the venue on the day but not many venue networks can handle thousands of high speed connections. Please don’t get grumpy if the wifi is slow, falls over or can’t handle downloading torrents. We do ask, if possible, to avoid hot-spotting as this has a negative impact on the venue wifi.

How can I guarantee a seat in a session?

Well, you cant, well not in terms of pre-booking. Best way is to arrive early and bag your seat, all sessions are first come, first served.

How many people attend?

aiblLIVE will have around 1250 attendees in total.

Is lunch provided?

Answer

Yes, we wouldn't want you getting hungry would we? Lunch will be provided during the lunch and networking break. Please note it is a standing lunch in and around the Discovery Zone to keep those conversations going.

We believe in accessibility and inclusivity. So every ticket to aiblLIVE gets access to every content session, every workshop everything. And lunch and drinks are included too.
